A fun way to spend an afternoon! A Simple yet elegant way to dress up a 70cl wine bottle!! Made from a few off cuts of cotton fabrics, bits of lace and ribbon trims with a few little wooden flower buttons to finish. Each outfit has a full length dress with attached fully lined shawl/cloak and a coordinating bottle top hat 🙂
Imagine having a little picnic and whipping out your wine already dressed for the occasion 😉 Or hosting a dinner party and having these three lovelies decorate your table! A perfect quirky gift idea ( set of 3 ) perhaps…or, a great talking point for a drinks party?!
Right!! Off to tidy my table in readiness for a new week of making 🙂

I love and are fascinated at the reactions of peoples’ perceptions of my creations…I think I will never see the Bronte sisters in the same prim and proper light again LOL 😉

Thank you so much :-)! After making my little set at Christmas for my Secret Santa giveaway, I wanted to make a more year round usable set, my first thoughts were for a patio evening set for summer get to gathers 😉

I bought similar Caren in China but of course they are Chinese coats and little hats. Yours are very cute. Remind me of grandmothers years ago. A nice memory.

Thanks so much Sue! I was loosely basing them on the Edwardian era..so they would definitely be of great, great granny age I think 😉 if not a little more depending on age. I bet your little bottle outfits are super being made in China and nice to have them on the table every now and again for happy memories 🙂
