”…..Have you heard the Gossip Doris….?? ”
”I’M on the fence about IT Betty…..!!” Here we go again….with another unique Tote Bag – this time with ‘Knitting Sheep in Boots’ 🙂 …….I’m starting to think, maybe….I need therapy, to move on from my little sheep creations – BUT, on the upside I found another use for some more little coloured wooden flower buttons!! 🙂

If you are looking to ”GO GREEN” …then, this is most definitely a bag for you 😉
The front of this little handy tote has a central patchwork landscape panel with hand appliquéd ‘gossiping sheep’ – both whiling their time away, knitting from the little lamb in the sheep dip – It would seem…..It’s purple season in the sheep fashion world 😉
The addition of some coordinating, little painted wooden buttons, finishes off the cute countryside scene perfectly !
A perfect little novelty bag, especially as the lambing season is only weeks away – It’s sure to put a Spring in Your Step with all its cute colourful quirkiness !! Oh…But I couldn’t leave it there….. A little design for the reverse, and of course, another for my inside multi-pocket 😀

My triple internal multi-pocket design (One with a zip fastening for extra security)
As ever, I think the inside is just as important as the outside – so…why not have a little sheep in there too???! 😉
A SUPER CUTE Unique Novelty bag, perfect for all manner of occasions – Or, Just for fun!! Looking for something completely unique, and lovingly handmade ?….maybe, for a knitter/wool crafter’s gift – what better to hold their little projects safe and sound whilst out and about?!… than a lovely quality cotton handmade ”knitting sheep tote” https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/227700377/unique-patchwork-tote-free-shipping-cute?ref=shop_home_active_1
…I might just resort to a self healing therapy!!!….I do have another little sheep project itching to get underway, now this one is finished….maybe, that will cure me ??? 😉
Brilliant! I love the detail you put into every design – who else would put a sheep on the inside of a bag?!
Aw… thank you so much for your lovely comment :-D. At home I’m known as ‘Crazy’/’Crazy woman’ rather than Caren or mum…perhaps it’s a case now of crazy by name, crazy by nature…I really can’t help myself in doing the extra little details 😉
What a wonderful tote bag – I absolutely love your sheep! Your attention to detail is marvelous. Another winning design. 🙂
Thanks so much Jackie 😀
😀
LOL how brilliant, I do love your concepts for your amazing bags ….. did you know the Thai word for crazy is “baa” ??
Oooo! No, I didn’t know that LOL!! That’s sooo funny all things considered – I will tell my daughter when she comes home for the weekend She’ll probably say, ..it explains a lot!!!! 😀
Thank you most kindly for your lovely comment too 😉
Hope you have a lovely family weekend, if you get sheep withdrawal call by this http://www.thaizer.com/thailand-photos/thailands-unlikely-obsession-with-sheep/link LOL
Thank you so much for your kind wishes 🙂 It seems an age since we last saw Jen at her graduation so really looking forward to it!
LOL I’ll be sure to see if the link can help with any withdrawal symptoms 😉
A little dicky bird told me (actually it was Doris) that Gertrude was crafting with yaks wool … is that true ??????
I wonder if Doris & Betty are members of the local knit and natter group ?? that way I can join and hear all the gossip first hand
My word!! Doris does get around!!!! A little treasure she is, but, my, does her tongue wag! Apparently, Gertie’s hubby has a very taxing job and is prone to returning home a little pongy ;-/ Due to all the grapevine gossiping, Doris told Gertie about the Yak wool and its many benefits over sheep wool….keeps you warmer (not that Gertie’s hubby needs that!) is completely non-invasive in it’s gathering – a quick once over with a brush, et voilà, a mountain of produce combined with a lovely coiffure ;-)…..but best of all….. Gertie doesn’t have to launder quite as often, as Yak’s wool doesn’t hold pongy smells! How amazing is that??!
Can you imagine what this has done to the knit and natter groupies….????….Well, they are all trying to import and adopt a Yak!!! Me too, just think of the extra benefits for the roses this summer 😀
Hahahahahahaha
Mmmm I wonder if The Village Ladies have been in touch with your Doris, as only this morning I captured a glimpse of a poster inviting buddy Yak owners to a meet and greet session of the Woolly Monsters Owners Club ( I don’t think it was a meet the husband session although it might have been )
LOL! 😀 😀 😀
They’re all so incredibly cute! :@) (There isn’t a sheep snout emoticon, is there? 😛 )
Aw, Thank you so much for you lovely comment 🙂 It is a shame there isn’t ; ( I’m afraid this is about as close as I can get on the keyboard : >-> LOL 😀
Another fabulous design. I always love your knitting sheep. Please don’t stop…
Aw…Thanks so much Sarah!!! :-D…I won’t, I promise!! Can’t wait to start the next sheep project I have in mind, it’s next on my ‘To Do’ list, having just finished this one today…

It’s a tweak on one of my other drawing designs, seemingly I’m daft enough to add it to a bag as well as a framed collages !!
I love it. The colours are great, and the chicks and their mum are adorable.
I’m glad you’ve combined the designs with your bags. It’s a great idea.
I didn’t know if they would be a success or not?! but listening you your comment (thank you so much 🙂 )..and having sold the sheep in boots one recently and then getting a fab review from the purchaser…I thought..’Why Not??’ At the very least, it keeps me quiet and out of trouble LOL 😉
😀 Can’t have you running around with no stitching to do, can we? Who knows what mischief you’d get up to. 😉
…Cut me loose from my threads and who knows what shenanigans I would get up to…;-D LOL!!!
