I feel a silly season of sewing on the horizon…..Christmas is approaching way too fast…! ;-/
These are wonderful! They capture the season in such a elegant way. These would add a beautiful accent to any holiday table. I can’t wait to see more of your festive creations as we move closer to the holidays. 🙂
Thank you so much Jackie, I really must knuckle down now I am starting to feel better 😉 So much to do and seemingly so little time – Oh well ! Maybe I might get through some ideas and the rest will be well in advance for next year!!! 🙂
I understand how you feel! It’s hard to get going again after being sick because you are so depleted from all of it. I’ll just bet once you get going things will fall into place!
😀
I sure hope so Jackie! I have a new selection of goodies which I have been saving, so, as a pick-me-up I think I will treat myself and work with those today, 🙂 …suddenly I feel even better !!!! 🙂
I’m glad – enjoy your day! 🙂
You too Jackie 🙂 !
So right for the approaching festive period, as a traditionalist the colour scheme is done to perfection, glad to see you are feeling well enough to throw yourself back into a creative whirlwind 🙂
I’m pleased to say that I feel so much better, though not quite at the whirlwind stage,…more drifting on a breeze ! Can’t wait till I have full energies back 😉
Nothing wrong with drifting on a breeze, that still counts as moving forward LOL
I think I might be up to a brisk wind by tomorrow ;-/ LOL
Oooh I certainly hope so,You’ll be in a wind tunnel by Friday me thinks:-) so have you ditched the crafter’s lung and got the inspirational bug instead ….:-)
Must remember to pin my mop cap on firmly Friday morning!!! LOL
Its much nicer being bitten by that old bug again 😉
No doubt you were beginning think the crafter’s lung had made its self at home !!! not that it could keep you down for long, glad to see you are on top form once more 🙂
Having taken your wisely advice of immersing myself back into the midst of my crafting den, I’m pleased to say that the flying fabric fibres have flouted my affliction !!!!! Also, thank you dearly for your kind words, I did wonder that maybe you should add this remedy to your guide as a cure for any future sufferers of the painful Crafter’s Lung?!? 😉
Lovely – very festive. I don’t know about you , but it feels a bit weird sitting in the sunshine enjoying the Indian Summer whilst making Christmas things!
I suppose we shouldn’t complain about all this extra sunshine either, this Summer seems as long as the one’s in the seventies! I’m loving it But I do agree it does seem strange, usually festive creations are a way to pass a grey rainy day. We should have a new saying – ‘make stockings while the sun shines!’ 🙂
