Bleach painting imaginary landscape. Some bleach paintings are available in My Etsy shop! Carenscanvasandcraft
This is another experimental bleach painting using nothing more than imagination, diluted domestic bleach, black A3 card and a little brush, or painting in reverse! By removing degrees of the black colour from the card with different concentrations of bleach I created a ‘dreamy moonlit loch’ Removing the black colour has left a greenish tinge to the lightened areas, which I think, softens the picture nicely.
I love this! It makes such an interesting landscape. 😀
Thank you Jackie I enjoyed doing it! Now I’m back sewing again, Easter bunny time I think is going to be the next project 🙂
I look forward to seeing your new creations. I also look forward to it being spring again. 😀
I can’t wait either. When I look of of our windows it seems floor to sky is just a continuous shade of grey, Bolton gets a lot of cloudy rainy miserable grey days, the dampness here doesn’t ever seem to lift I am looking forward to a bit of spring colour in our garden
what an interesting method and it seems to emphasize the spooky atmosphere of the painting.
Thank you Anna, that’s just the feel I was wanting to achieve 🙂 ‘Removing’ a picture from the black card is quite exciting, and quite complex compared to painting it on. I am pleased with the results so far!
