These two pencil drawings of Snowshill, in the Cotswolds were done from old photographs taken on family holidays. This is a beautiful, tiny, village in the Cotswolds. It is almost just one street wrapped around a church and graveyard. Below is another pencil sketch of Snowshill Church.
What a lovely village. What country is the location?
Thank you for stopping by Mary 🙂 It is indeed a lovely little village, very quaint and extremely quiet and peaceful, like stepping back in history when you visit! Snowshill is in the county of Gloucestershire in the UK, the Cotswolds straddle a couple of the central counties of England, their little villages are beautiful and renowned for the Cotswold honey coloured stone cottages. If you type in Snowshill, Cotswolds, UK to Google – check out the images – you’ll also see all the beautiful Lavender fields 🙂
Thank you for your reply. And, yes I do see the beautiful Lavender fields and can almost smell their fragrance…
😉
